Our Player Expression of Interest (EOI) form for the upcoming 2026 season is now officially available for both existing and new players to complete.
Important: New Registration Process
This Expression of Interest form, along with our new Football Policy, forms the initial and mandatory process for all players seeking to register with the Lakers for the 2026 season.
• Complete the EOI: All prospective players must complete the EOI form to be considered for a place.
• Review the Policy: Please take the time to read the new Football Policy. It outlines important club expectations and guidelines for the year ahead.
Only successful applicants who have completed the EOI and are offered a place will be forwarded the official registration link to finalise their spot with the club.
